Our area of distribution for the food industry covers all those manufactures that require our ingredients for their elaboration, such as: mayonnaise, sauces, pre-cooked or prepared dishes.
We identify each batch with a unique key. Ensuring compliance with traceability required in regulation 178/2002.control of critical point of control, according to HACCP legislation applicable BRC safety protocols.
